Return Policy
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn or unused
- In original condition with no defects
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at customerservice.my@361sport.com to begin the return process.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as such returns will not be accepted.
We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking. The customer is responsible for all shipping risks. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a return, exchange, or refund. If a return is rejected, you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at customerservice.my@361sport.com so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be based on the purchase price indicated on your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice.my@361sport.com.

Exchanges
For exchange requests, please write to customerservice.my@361sport.com before returning your item. Items sent without prior notice may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different colour or size and must be returned in original sale condition (unused, tags and packaging intact). Exchange items are not eligible for further return or exchange unless defective.

Items sold at discounted or clearance prices are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Abuse
We reserve the right to limit or suspend return privileges for customers who violate this policy, including but not limited to:
- Excessive return activity
- Returning items not in original condition
- Suspected fraudulent returns
